HISTORY
 
The MultiCom Division deals in the sales and distribution of telecommunication products ranging from mobile pre paid cards, STD/IDD calling cards, call shop services, cellular phones and consumer airtime reload solutions. The business is divided into two distinct channels:
  1. Traditional Handphone Outlets (THO).
  2. Non Traditional Outlets (NTO)

As the channels suggest, the MultiCom business is driven by two separate teams for two separate logistic environments. Where the THO relies on speed in response to competitive market needs, the NTO leverages on our daily nationwide service through the consumer food division. It is unique distribution system that had benefited the NTO because we service these outlets on a daily basis. This means that the retail outlets operate with smaller cash outlay, faster turnaround on cash and lower stock holding costs.

As a distributor, our priorities lie in building the brand for our principals by adding value in channel development and detailed distribution reports via our MIS and logistic infrastructure. In fact, Stanson’s sales personnel use hand held terminals and personal digital assistants to capture real time sales data which helps principals to strategise and plan marketing activities.

Our branches are spread throughout Malaysia with more new ones being planned to serve our customers and principals faster and better.
