Standard Confectionery Sdn. Bhd. traces its roots back to 1960 when it was founded by Mr. Tan Chin Suan. A range of cakes

and cookies were produced to cater to the local market then. Since those humble beginnings, the company has chalked up a one sweet success after another. Year after year we saw expansion. Today, Standard Confectionery, is a major manufacturer of a wide range of bakery and confectionery products, including its successful line of frozen cakes, which started production in 1990. Over a short period of years Standard Confectionery has captured a large slice of local frozen cake market
